Do you deliver and install the signage?
Yes. Professional delivery and installation are required for all signage collections.
Each installation includes careful transport, on-site placement, styling adjustments, post-event breakdown and return transport. This ensures every piece is presented exactly as intended and seamlessly integrated into your overall event design.
Local service area pricing is provided through a custom quote. Events outside the local service area are quoted based on location and travel requirements.
Do I need to set up or remove anything myself?
No. We handle delivery, installation, styling, breakdown and removal so you can focus on enjoying your event.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend reserving your date as early as possible, especially during peak wedding and event seasons. Availability is limited and popular dates often book months in advance.
Do you travel for events?
Yes. Signature Signage is available throughout Utah and for destination events. Travel and installation fees vary based on venue location and event requirements.
Can signage be used outdoors?
Many signage options can be displayed outdoors depending on weather conditions and venue setup. We'll help determine the best materials and installation approach for your event location.
What information do you need from me?
Once your date is reserved, we'll gather details about your venue, event aesthetic, color palette and signage needs. Final wording and guest information for seating charts can be submitted closer to the event date.
